Owner  Accommodation

The announcement must be focused on a rentable accommodation for seasonal period and must be inserted from only the owner.
No agencies or brokers are licensed to insert accommodations.
Each violation of this rule will constrain us to delete immediately the announcement, direct ban of the user and no refund will be payed.

To create an announcement, first you have to register clicking on Login, then on Registration.
Once you have activated the account, you must login from the homepage and click on Backoffice, then 'Insert new accommodation' and follow all steps, filling in each field (more the description is detailed, than the announcement will be right on research criteria).
At the end will be sent a confirmation email.

To modify an announcement, you must login from homepage and click on Backoffice, than click on the announcement you have modify and from the left menu, select and modify each interested part.
To save all modifications click on Save positioned on the left.

Owner  Payment

The announcement insertion in free for the 1st year, later it will cost 30 EUR per year renewable year by year.
One month before expiration date will be sent an email to notify this containing terms of payement.

The announcement renew it is possible just for one year and only from trhee months before expiry.
To renew the announcement, login from portal, click on Backoffice, check announcements you want renew, click on Renew and follow the PayPal instructions.

Owner  Password

If you loose password you can get back it from registration email.
If for some reasons you loose the registration email too, you can request to resend it simply trying to insert wrong credentials and clicking on Lost password that will be shown later.
You will have to insert your email address and, if it will be on our databases, the password will be sent on the same email address.

Renter  Accommodation

The announcement research could be made by the form in homepage or clicking on the homepage's map, using the zoom if you prefer a more detailed research.
You will found the search form also in the others pages to let you to modify your research criteria whenever you want.

The research shows the availability of accommodation inserted from owner, but could happen that is not constantly updated. For this reason, you have to ask to the owner the real availability for the interested period.
To contact the owner, when you see an announcement, click in the bottom of page on 'Contact owner' and fill in all fields, asking all question to the owner.
Remember that the rent is only from owner and renter and that BookyHome not earn anything from this.
For this reason, BookyHome will not be responsible for possible misunderstandings between them.
